适用范围
本标准规定了承压机械设备缠绕用扁钢丝的分类与代号、截面形状及标记、定货内容、尺寸、外形及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等。
本标准适用于具有带轧制圆弧边的高强度冷轧扁钢丝。该扁钢丝主要用于承受压力的机械设备的缠绕,如:液压机、等静压机的机架、缸体的缠绕,轧钢机机架的缠绕。

【摘要】:DetectionandlocationofAEsourcesinweldmentsduringfabricationmayprovideinformationrelatedtotheintegrityoftheweld.Suchinformationmaybeusedtodirectrepairproceduresontheweldorasaguideforapplicationofothernondestructiveevaluation(NDE)methods.AmajorattributeofapplyingAEforin-processmonitoringofweldsistheabilityofthemethodtoprovideimmediatereal-timeinformationonweldintegrity.Thisfeaturemakesthemethodusefultolowerweldcostsbyrepairingdefectsatthemostconvenientpointintheproductionprocess.TheAEactivityfromdiscontinuitiesintheweldmentisstimulatedbythethermalstressesfromtheweldingprocess.TheAEactivityresultingfromthisstimulationisdetectedbyAEsensorsinthevicinityoftheweldment,whichconverttheacousticwavesintoelectronicsignals.TheAEinstrumentationprocessessignalsandprovidesmeansforimmediatedisplayorindicationofAEactivityandforpermanentrecordingsofthedata.Itemstobeconsideredinpreparationandplanningformonitoringshouldincludebutnotbelimitedtothefollowing:4.2.1Descriptionofthesystemorobjecttobemonitoredorexamined,4.2.2Extentofmonitoring,thatis,entireweld,coverpassesonly,andsoforth,4.2.3Limitationsorrestrictionsonthesensormountingprocedures,ifapplicable,4.2.4PerformanceparameterstobeestablishedandmaintainedduringtheAEsystemverificationprocedure(sensitivity,locationaccuracy,andsoforth),4.2.5MaximumtimeintervalbetweenAEsystemverificationchecks,4.2.6Performancecriteriaforpurchasedequipment,4.2.7RequirementsforpermanentrecordsoftheAEresponse,ifapplicable,4.2.8Contentandformatoftestreport,ifrequired,and4.2.9Operatorqualificationandcertification,ifrequired.1.1Thispracticeprovidesrecommendedguidelinesforacousticemission(AE)monitoringofweldmentsduringandimmediatelyfollowingtheirfabricationbycontinuousweldingprocesses.1.2TheproceduredescribedinthispracticeisapplicabletothedetectionandlocationofAEsourcesinweldmentsandintheirheat-affectedzoneduringfabrication,particularlyinthosecaseswherethetimedurationofweldingissuchthatfusionandsolidificationtakeplacewhileweldingisstillinprogress.1.3Theeffectivenessofacousticemissiontodetectdiscontinuitiesintheweldmentandtheheat-affectedzoneisdependentonthedesignoftheAEsystem,theAEsystemverificationprocedure,theweldprocess,andthematerialtype.Materialsthathavebeenmonitoredincludelow-carbonsteels,low-alloysteels,stainlesssteels,andsomealuminumalloys.Thesystemperformancemustbeverifiedforeachapplicationbydemonstratingthatthedefectsofconcerncanbedetectedwiththedesiredreliability.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
