【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstherequirementsforfully-formulatedglycolbasecoolantsforcoolingsystemsofheavy-dutyengines.Whenconcentratesareusedat40to60%PDOconcentrationbyvolumeinwaterofsuitablequality,(seeAppendixX1),orwhenpredilutedPDObaseenginecoolants(50volume%minimum)areusedwithoutfurtherdilution,theywillfunctioneffectivelyduringbothwinterandsummertoprovideprotectionagainstcorrosion,cavitation,freezing,andboiling.1.2Thecoolantsgovernedbythisspecificationarecategorizedasfollows:CoolantType
