【摘要】:ThispartofISO7153containsasurveyandaselectionofstainlesssteelsavailableforuseinthemanufactureofsurgical,dentalandspecificinstrumentsfororthopaedicsurgery.NOTE1Whenselectingthegradeofsteelandtheshape,dimensionsanddeliveryconditionsoftherawmaterialformanufacturingsurgicalinstruments,itisnecessarytotakeintoaccountfactors,suchasthedesignoftheinstrumentortheproductionfacilitiesofthemanufacturer,thatarenotcoveredbythispartofISO7153.Forthisreason,itisnotintended,norisitpossible,thattheinformationgiveninthispartofISO7153shouldremovethedecision-makingresponsibilityfromtheinstrumentmanufacturerforselectinganappropriaterawproductwithsuitableproperties;norisitintendedtoprecludetheuseofothertypesofsteelinthemanufactureofinstruments,suchastheuseofcarbonsteelforcuttinginstruments.InternationalStandardsforsurgicalinstruments,whenpublished,shouldbeobservedwhenmakingthisdecisionastheymaycontainadditionalornewinformationtobetakenintoaccountwhenselectingappropriatesteelgrades.
