【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheapplicationlayercorewhichprovidescommunicationtoolsforapplicationsbasedonDSRC.Thesetoolsconsistofkernelsthatcanbeusedbyapplicationprocessesviaserviceprimitives.Theapplicationprocesses,includingapplicationdataandapplication-specificfunctions,areoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisnamed“applicationlayer”,althoughitdoesnotcoverallfunctionalityofOSILayer7anditincludesfunctionalityfromlowerlayers.ItusesservicesprovidedbyDSRCdatalinklayer,andcoversfunctionalityofintermediatelayersofthe“OSIBasicReferenceModel”(ISO/IEC7498-1).ThefollowingsubjectsarecoveredbythisInternationalStandard:--applicationlayerstructureandframework;--servicestoenabledatatransferandremoteoperations;--applicationmultiplexingprocedure;--fragmentationprocedure;--concatenationandchainingprocedures;--commonencodingrulestotranslatedatafromabstractsyntaxASN.1(ISO/IEC8824-1)intotransfersyntax(ISO/IEC8825-2:2002)andviceversa;--communicationinitialisationandreleaseprocedures;--broadcastservicesupport;--DSRCmanagementsupportincludingcommunicationprofilehandling;and--extensibilityfordifferentlowerlayerservicesandapplicationinterfaces.ItisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandardtodefineasecuritypolicy.Sometransportmechanismsforsecurity-relateddataareprovided.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO7176specifiesrequirementsforstatic,impactandfatiguestrengthofwheelchairsincludingscootersintendedforuserswhosemassdoesnotexceed100kg.Itspecifiesthetestmethodsfordeterminingwhethertherequirementshavebeenmet.Italsospecifiesrequirementsfordisclosureofthetestresults.Thetestmethodsmayalsobeusedtoverifymanufacturers'claimsthataproductexceedstheminimumrequirementsofthispartofISO7176.Areferenceconfigurationisspecifiedforadjustablewheelchairsandscooterstoenabletestresultstobeusedforthecomparisonofperformance.Itappliestooccupant-andattendant-propelledmanualwheelchairsandelectricallypoweredwheelchairsintendedtoprovideindoorandoutdoormobilityforpeoplewithdisabilities.Forelectricallypoweredwheelchairs,itappliestothosewithamaximumspeedofnotmorethan15km/hwherenotmorethantwowheelsaredrivenandwhichhavethreeormorewheelslocatedontwoparallel,transverseaxes.NOTE1ThispartofISO7176doesnotapplytowheelchairswherethewheelslieonmore,thantwoaxes(e.g.in'diamond'configuration).NOTE2ClausesofthispartofISO7176maybeusedasabasisfordevelopingrequirementsandtestmethodsforwheelchairsnotcoveredbythispartofISO7176.TheapplicationofthispartofISO7176islimitedtowheelchairswithamaximumoccupantmassof100kgbecausethisisthemaximummassoftestdummyavailableinISO7176-11.Furtherworkisneededtoinvestigatetheeffectsofthelifestyleofpeoplewithlargerbodymasses.NOTE3ForthepurposesofthispartofISO7176,"wheelchair(s)"isusedasanabbreviationformanualwheelchair(s)orelectricallypoweredwheelchair(s),includingscooter(s),towhichtherequirementsandtestmethodsareapplied.
