【摘要】:Clause1ofIEC60601-1:1988applieswiththefollowingamendment:ISO8185isoneofaseriesofInternationalStandardsbasedonIEC60601-1;inIEC60601-1(the"GeneralStandard"),thistypeofInternationalStandardisreferredtoasa"ParticularStandard".Asstatedin1.3ofIEC60601-1:1988,therequirementsofthisInternationalStandardtakeprecedenceoverthoseofIEC60601-1.Humidifiersmaybegas-powered,electricallypowered,orboth.However,thisInternationalStandardhasbeenpreparedasaParticularStandardbasedonIEC60601-1,whichgivesgeneralrequirementsforallaspectsofsafety,notonlyelectricalsafety,andmanyoftherequirementsarethereforeapplicabletohumidifiersnotpoweredbyelectricity.WherethisInternationalStandardspecifiesthataclauseofIEC60601-1applies,itmeansthattheclauseappliesonlyiftherequirementisrelevanttothehumidifiersystemunderconsideration.ThisInternationalStandardincludesrequirementsforthesafetyandperformanceofhumidifiers,asdefinedin1.3.107,suitableforinclusioninbreathingsystems.ThisInternationalStandardalsoincludessomerequirementsfordeliverytubes,includingheateddeliverytubes(heated-wiredeliverytubes),anddevicesintendedtocontroltheseheateddeliverytubes,heateddeliverytubecontrollers.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoheatandmoistureexchangers(HMEs).ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletodevicescommonlyreferredtoas"roomhumidifiers"andhumidifiersusedinheating,ventilationandairconditioningsystems,andhumidifiersincorporatedintoinfantincubators.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletonebulizersusedforthedeliveryofdrugstopatients
