【摘要】:ThispartofISO18437definesaresonancemethodfordeterminingfromlaboratory,measurementsthedynamicmechanicalpropertiesoftheresilientmaterialsusedinvibrationisolators.Itisapplicabletoshockandvibrationsystemsoperatingfromafractionofahertztoabout20kHz.ThispartofISO18437isapplicabletoresilientmaterialsthatareusedinvibrationisolatorsinordertoreducea)transmissionsofunwantedvibrationsfrommachines,structuresorvehiclesthatradiatesound(fluid-borne,airborne,structure-borne,orothers),andb)thetransmissionoflow-frequencyvibrationsthatactuponhumansorcausedamagetostructuresorsensitiveequipmentwhenthevibrationistoosevere.ThedataobtainedwiththemeasurementmethodsthatareoutlinedinthispartofISO18437andfurtherdetailedinISO18437-3areusedfor—thedesignofefficientvibrationisolators,—theselectionofanoptimummaterialforagivendesign,—thetheoreticalcomputationofthetransferofvibrationsthroughisolators,—informationduringproductdevelopment,—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers,and—qualitycontrol.Theconditionforthevalidityofthemeasurementmethodislinearityofthevibrationalbehaviouroftheisolator.Thisincludeselasticelementswithnonlinearstaticloaddeflectioncharacteristics,providedthattheelementsshowapproximatelinearityintheirvibrationalbehaviourforagivenstaticpreload.Measurementsusingthismethodaremadeoveroneortwodecadesinfrequencyatanumberoftemperatures.Byapplyingthetime-temperaturesuperpositionprinciple,themeasureddataareshiftedtogeneratedynamicmechanicalpropertiesoveramuchwiderrangeoffrequencies(typically10to10Hzatasinglereferencetemperature)thaninitiallymeasuredatagiventemperature.NOTEForthepurposesofthispartofISO18437,theterm"dynamicmechanicalproperties"referstothedeterminationofthefundamentalelasticproperties,e.g.thecomplexYoung'smodulusasafunctionoftemperatureandfrequencyand,ifapplicable,astaticpreload.
