【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsforenclosed,precision,singleanddoublehelical,one-andtwo-stagespeedincreasersandreducersofparallelshaftdesignwithpinionspeedsof3000minorgreater,orpitchlinevelocitiesof25m/sorgreater,forspecialpurposeapplications.Suchapplicationswilltypicallyberequiredtooperatecontinuouslyforextendedperiods,withoutinstalledspareequipmentandarecriticaltothecontinuedoperationoftheinstallation.ByagreementthisInternationalStandardmaybeusedforotherservices.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesamethodofratinggearswhichmeetthefollowingcriteria:a)gearaccuracy—teethaccuracy:accuracygrade4orbetterasgiveninISO1328-1:1995,forbothsinglepitchdeviation,fpt'andtotalcumulativepitchdeviation,Fp'—totalhelixdeviationFβbetweenthehelicesofthepinionandwheel:accuracygrade4orbetterasgiveninISO1328-1:1995;b)rangeofthetransversecontactratios:1,2<εα<2,0;c)overlapratioεβ≥1,0;d)helixangle:5≤β≤35°;e)workingflanksofthepinionorgear:providedwithprofilemodificationstoobtainagoodconjugatetoothloaddistributionalongthepathofcontact;f)workingflanksofpinionorgear:modifiedasnecessarytocompensateforbothtorsionalandbendingdeflectionsand,whennecessaryforgearswithpitchlinevelocitiesinexcessof100m/s,alsoforthermaldistortions;g)gearlubrication:straightmineraloil,viscositygradeVG-32orVG-46(seeISO3448);h)materialofthegearteeth:qualityMQorbetter,inaccordancewithISO6336-5:1996.
